1. Introduction and Eligibility

1.1 Service Description TinyAffirmation provides astrology coaching, spiritual guidance, and horoscope related content for entertainment purposes only. We do not provide psychological, medical, or financial advice.

1.2 Geographic Restriction The Service is available exclusively to users located in Germany. Access from any other location is strictly prohibited. By using the Service, you confirm you are physically located within Germany.

2.1 For Entertainment Only Astrology and coaching services are subjective. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of predictions, horoscopes, or the outcome of any advice given.

2.2 Not Professional Advice Our services are not a substitute for professional counseling, medical treatment, or financial planning. Always consult qualified professionals for serious matters.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Trial and Billing

Trial Period: 31 days for $1.00.
Standard Subscription: Automatically begins after the trial at the rate selected during signup.
Billing Cycle: Recurring charges apply (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) until canceled.

3.2 Cancellation You may cancel anytime via the Self Service Portal or by emailing help@tinyaffirmation.com. Cancellations stop future billing but do not refund the current period.

3.3 Refund Policy

Trial ($1.00): Refundable within 30 days for first time users upon request.
Subscriptions: Generally non refundable unless there is a technical error or service outage exceeding 24 hours.

4. Account Security

You must be 18 years or older to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We automatically delete accounts that have been inactive for 365 days.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyAffirmation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
